Registration begins Monday, September 11th. Children, tweens, teens, and adults can enter this contest. Call (920) 388-5015 or stop into the library to register and pick up your witch hat. take it home, decorate it and then bring it back to the library before Saturday, October 7th. The hats will be on display in the library and patrons will be able to vote for their favorite in each age group. Voting will take place: Monday October 9 through October 21, 2023. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 24th. |
